Description :
1. Product sub-segment wise sales achievement and segment wise throughput realisation 2. Product positioning and pricing 3. Ensure execution of market promotional programs to drive numbers 4. Analyse product SKU / product group sales and take corrective action to achieve product group revenue and contribution margin targets 5. Execution and analysis of market size studies 6. Adherence to Legal requirements with respect to Trade Mark, Copyright, Packing Commodities Act etc. 7. Co-ordinate with Supply chain to ensure optimum inventory levels 8. Drive New Product Introduction process to ensure new product introduction on time 9. Ensuring vitality of new products 10. Collect and collate competitor data on products in different markets and initiate corrective action. 11. Benchmarking of top competitors on set parameters 12. Collect and analyse customer insights and VoC through market, AID and customer visits 13. Create content for the product segment for training of sales team and retailer and distributor salesmen 14. Achievement of sales and throughput for the product segment 15. Competitor intelligence and benchmarking 16. Training sales & service personnel on products 17. Follow Time to Market and Time to Profit guidelines
